As you probably know by now, the long awaited CSPromod was released today! It's had a mixed reception but we hope that you will enjoy our first fully hosted cup!

It will be taking place on Thursday 4th Feb. (We've extended this to allow more time for people to set up their teams and get signed up).

There's 16 places in this cup - although we may increase this if we get enough teams signing up. We may also be providing a CSP ladder soon. The cup will use standard maps (csp_dust2, csp_inferno, csp_nuke, csp_train).

• A minimum of 3 players are required for the game to go ahead

• All games will be hosted and admin'd on our own servers (thanks to http://xone-gaming.co.uk).
• Teams must be on the server within 15minutes of the start time

• No Red Crossed Players
• Libra is MANDATORY - No Excuses, unless you have errors in which case, you are to use XAC

• Teams must be on the server within 15minutes of the start time

• Libra/XAC is MANDATORY - No Excuses

If you have to use XAC please post a link to your XAC profile in the "Info" part of your EUGL profile.

The cup will take place on Wednesday 27th January & Thursday 28th January . Rounds 1-3 will take place at 8pm,9pm and 10pm on the Wednesday with the Semi-Final and Final taking place at 8pm and 9pm on the Thursday.

Signup Information:

• Teams with good attendance will be given priority over those with No Shows on record.
• You must have a full roster before you can sign up.
• Teams with servers get priority over those without.

First of all we at EUGL would like to thank everyone who participated in this cup. We hope you enjoyed the games you played and it doesn't end there. We have plenty more events lined up in the near future, hopefully this time with prizes!

We apologise deeply for the problems we had with Libra and the website during this cup. There are no excuses and here at EUGL we learn from our mistakes, we will ensure things like this will not happen again.

The first round saw quite a few defaults given, this is disappointing. But still, these things happen and the cup still proceeds.
